We manufacture plastic components for medical devices, home appliances, LED lighting, and consumer products on our 45 injection molding machines. Each industry has different tolerance bands, surface finish requirements, material specifications, and production volumes. We run them all under one ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Every industry project starts with the same DFM review. What changes is the tolerance target, material, surface finish grade, and production documentation.
Industry requirements determine material and tolerance from day one. Medical parts: medical-grade ABS/PC/PP with ±0.05 mm tolerance and material traceability. Appliance housings: flame-retardant ABS or PC/ABS with cosmetic surface control. LED parts: PC or PMMA with optical clarity and thermal stability. Consumer goods: production-grade PP/ABS at cost-optimized tolerance.
Mold design adapts to each industry's requirements. Medical molds: polished cavities to SPI A-2, tighter venting, documented steel certificates. Appliance molds: optimized cooling for cycle time consistency, rib-reinforced designs, multi-cavity for volume. LED molds: gate placement for optical surface quality, controlled cooling for lens clarity.
We schedule production runs by industry requirement. Medical batches run on dedicated machines with enhanced cleanliness. Appliance and consumer runs optimized for volume throughput. LED runs on mid-tonnage machines (200T–400T) with stable cycle time control for optical part consistency.
Inspection protocol scales with industry requirements. Medical: CMM measurement with full dimensional reports, material certificates, batch traceability. Appliance: AQL 1.0 sampling, cosmetic surface inspection, assembly fit testing. LED: optical clarity check, dimensional consistency for assembly, color temperature verification.
Here is what we manufacture, how we control quality, and what each industry demands from production.
We manufacture small-batch medical housings, device enclosures, and precision components on our injection machines. Medical projects in our factory follow stricter DFM protocols: tighter tolerance bands, polished mold surfaces, documented material traceability, and enhanced production cleanliness.
| Typical materials | Medical-grade ABS, PC, PP |
|---|---|
| Tolerance range | ±0.03–0.08 mm on critical dimensions |
| Mold surface finish | SPI A-2 minimum, polished cavity |
| Production mode | Controlled batch, documented traceability |
| Inspection | CMM dimensional report, material certificates, batch records |
| Machine tonnage | 90T–250T for small to medium medical parts |
We run mass production cycles for appliance housings weekly. Air conditioner enclosures, small appliance bodies, and structural panels require consistent cycle times, uniform surface finish, and dimensional stability across long production runs. Our in-process inspection checks for dimensional drift every 1–2 hours during production.
| Typical materials | Flame-retardant ABS, PC/ABS, PP |
|---|---|
| Tolerance range | ±0.05–0.15 mm, assembly-critical surfaces tighter |
| Mold surface finish | SPI B-2 to A-2, texture options available |
| Production mode | Multi-cavity, high-volume continuous runs |
| Inspection | AQL 1.0 sampling, cosmetic check, assembly fit test |
| Machine tonnage | 200T–800T for medium to large structural parts |
We injection-mold LED lamp bodies, lenses, and heat-dissipation structures from PC and PMMA. Optical clarity and dimensional consistency are critical — gate placement, cooling design, and material drying are controlled tightly in our factory. Multi-cavity molds for lighting components run on 200T–400T machines.
| Typical materials | PC, PMMA, PC/ABS |
|---|---|
| Tolerance range | ±0.05–0.10 mm for assembly fit |
| Mold surface finish | SPI A-1 to A-2 for optical surfaces |
| Production mode | Multi-cavity, consistent cycle time control |
| Inspection | Optical clarity, dimensional check, color temperature |
| Machine tonnage | 200T–400T |
Daily-use plastic products across our full 90T–800T machine range. From small precision components to large structural enclosures, we produce consumer goods with consistent color, surface texture, and assembly fit. Pre-production color matching and surface finish samples are approved before mass production begins.
| Typical materials | PP, ABS, PC/ABS, TPE/TPU |
|---|---|
| Tolerance range | ±0.08–0.20 mm, application-dependent |
| Mold surface finish | SPI B-2 to D-2, texture per specification |
| Production mode | Single to multi-cavity, volume-driven |
| Inspection | AQL sampling, colorimeter check, assembly fit |
| Machine tonnage | 90T–800T across product range |
